  • When Star photographer Boris Spremo was hanging around the nortwest corner of Yong and Edward Sts. in 1965; it was dominated by chimneys and Times Square Bowling. Now; 18 years later; the chimneys have gone up in smoke and have been outclassed by the Eaton Centre and The Atrium On Bay. But Times square Billiards (the name not the location has changed) is still going strong.

Original Toronto Star caption: When Star photographer Boris Spremo was hanging around the nortwest corner of Yong and Edward Sts. in 1965; it was dominated by chimneys and Times Square Bowling.
