Kertland; architect; is the leading realty news note of the week. Sold by H. L. Rogers; realtor; he refused to disclose purchaser's name or price paid but it is learned that the new owner is Lady Baillie; widow of the late Sir Frank Baillie; Canadian Financier; and that the purchase price was in the neighborhood of $60;000.
