Lankin of Toronto; has purchased Pinecrest a fine old residence on sixth line ; Oakville; from Mrs. herbert Ashbury. The house was built 69 year ago by the late Isaac Warcup. Surrounded by two acres of land beautifully situated and overlooking a ravine; the place has become noted for its stately pines. mr. Lankin will take possession this sping.
