Hoidge; realtor; in the acquisition by an undisclosed client of the two buildings at 44-46 Adelaide St. W. for approximately $170;000. Formerly owned by the Hubbard estate the two buildings will be converted into modern stores and offices. Tenants have been notified to vacate.
