Original Toronto Star caption: $250;000 deal is pending. It is learned to-day that a deal is now being completed which involves the transfer of the Purman building; located at 263-267 Adelaide St. W.; on the south side. Completion of the transaction is expected by May 17 or 18. The owners of the building are Purdy Mansell Ltd.; and the potential purchasers the Garden City Press; who are already located in the building. The purchase price is said to be around $250;000 to $260;000.
