Original Toronto Star caption: New Chinese mall: Chinese entrepreneurs and their customers have been blamed for traffic and parking problems at three shopping malls at the corner of Sheppard Ave. E. and Glen Watford Drive, including this new 25-store complex called the Dragon Centre. But a spokesman for Scarborough's Chinese community says the traffic-related complaints are an excuse to vent racism. The Dragon Centre, located on Glen Watford Drive, east side, north of Sheppard Avenue East. (43.786877, -79.274357)
