      A Sarnia pediatrician convicted of sexually assaulting nurses and patients' mothers over a 16-year period has been ordered not to practise medicine for six months. And Dr. Kunwar Singh, 49, will lose his licence for a minimum 18 months if he's convicted of a similar charge within the next four years, a disciplinary hearing of the College of Physicians and Surgeons has ruled. [Incomplete]

      Ordering wreckers away yesterday fromhis expropriated home (in background), Jack Coltman, 60, argues with William Wasylyk (left), the owner of Lakeview Salvage Co., and Constable John Buchanan. Coltman says he has received no settlement yet for his expropriated property on Balfour Ave. and believes under this condition he can claim new rights under recent provincial expropriation legislation. His home was one of nine expropriated for new seperate school.
