      A Sarnia pediatrician convicted of sexually assaulting nurses and patients' mothers over a 16-year period has been ordered not to practise medicine for six months. And Dr. Kunwar Singh, 49, will lose his licence for a minimum 18 months if he's convicted of a similar charge within the next four years, a disciplinary hearing of the College of Physicians and Surgeons has ruled.       Big Jim Leeson parks his Cessna Skyplane, zips up his jacket and goes to pay a house call. By flying, Wiarton's Dr. Leeson figures he's beaten one of the biggest problems facing the progessive rural doctor today: Isolation from his colleagues and the big city medical centres. With his Cessna he can hop down to Toronto in an hour for a lecture. Still, he admits, a rural practice might not be every doctor's cup of tea, I'm a farm boy myself...I'm used to it, he says.
