Original Toronto Star caption: Docked in Toronto Harbor 49 hours late; Captain Morey Armstrong of the freighter George M. Carl blames bad weather conditions for the grounding of his ship near the Seaway Towers Hotel on Christmas Day. It was a dirty night with driving snow and fog; he says. It took five tugs to free the freighter.
