Original Toronto Star caption: Carrying a placard and 4-year-old Lowell Greenspoon; David Shiner was among about 100 demonstrators moved on by police after they slowed traffic yesterday in the Lawrence Ave.-Spadina Expressway area demanding the expressway be completed. Area residents complain drivers are blocking streets because traffic must filter off expressway at Lawrence Ave. The protesters want provincial subsidy for paying four lanes.
