Original Toronto Star caption: As the 154th orange parade in Toronto set out from Queen's Park Saturday; in the vanguard was young Willie Crawford; dwarfed by other players in the band as he struck his triangle. Most members of Metro's 30 Orange lodges marched in the parade; which commemorates the victory of William; Prince of Orange; over the Roman Catholic King James II at the Boyne River in 1690. The parade was led by a Metro policeman riding a horse and dressed as William III.
