Albert Wyszatko; the owner of the marine where it was launched; stands on the bow. Gresser spent 2;500 hours and $800 to $1;000 on materials to build the ship. It's 12 feet high from keel to mast and weighs 5.5 tons with ballast; 3.5 tons without. Gresser made a 3-foot Bismarck in 1967.
