Original Toronto Star caption: Now it's gasoline by the litre; The first metric service station in Canada is the one at Jarvis and Isabella Sts. Owned by Sun Oil. It began selling gasoline by the litre yesterday instead of by the imperial gallon. Regular grade is 14.4 cents a litre; which works out to slightly less than 65 cents a gallon. It doesn?t matter to drivers who buy $5 worth at a time.
