Alternate Title
- Their aerial ladders falling for short of target; firemen fight a fire which broke out on the 15th floor of an apartment building under construction on Alexander St.; just north of Maple Leaf Gardens last night. A dozen fire trucks and about 100 men took half an hour to bring the blaze under control. It is believed started by a heater used in curing concrete. Technical reasons limit the height of ladders to 100 feet; 80 feet short in this case.
