Original Toronto Star caption: Scuba Divers in a police patrol boat prepare to dive into waters near Georgian Bay s Snake Island as they continue to search for drowning victims. Ten out of 12 persons in an overloaded 14-foot motorboat drowned Sunday on their way to a campaign vacation. The boat capsized in choppy waters about a mile from the island. None of the boat's occupants were wearing lifejackets. The 18-foot-long police boat-bigger than the boat that capsized-has a capacity of eight people.
