Original Toronto Star caption: 200-Foot Long Culverts under Blythwood Rd. filled yesterday with a torrent of water that swept away two youths; one to his death. Steve LaCroix; 16; who tried to rescue Brian Dobson; 16; points to the place he saw one of the youths partially emerge from the torrent; caused by an intense storm that dumped up to two inches of rain in less than an hour and flooded the usually shallow creek.
