Original Toronto Star caption: Emergency spotlights outline the scene as Coroner Gerald Blanchet looks over the wreckage of a twin-engine private plane that crashed in Etobicoke's Centennial Park last night while making an approach to runway 32 of Toronto International Airport. The pilot and his passenger were instantly killed in crash. Centennial Park, located on Centennial Park Road, west side, north of Rathburn Road.
