Four people find a copper cylinder in the ocean with a manuscript inside. It tells the story of Adam More, who travelled to a tropical sea in Antarctica and met a civilization beneath the Earth.  First British edition. The author was a professor at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia. This book is one of the earliest works of Canadian science fiction.
