A Schedule of lands sold for taxes and not redeemed by the owners, from 1844 to 1851, (both years inclusive, ) under a by-law of the Council, of the late Colborne District, of the 11th November 1842, which by-law by a judgment of the Queen's Bench of February 1842, has been declared illegal and void, the result of which judgement as affecting these lands, is to restore them to the original owners, as existing previous to the first Sheriff's sale in 1844
