By flying, Wiarton's Dr. Leeson figures he's beaten one of the biggest problems facing the progessive rural doctor today: Isolation from his colleagues and the big city medical centres. With his Cessna he can hop down to Toronto in an hour for a lecture. Still, he admits, a rural practice might not be every doctor's cup of tea, I'm a farm boy myself...I'm used to it, he says.

Beetle painted VW Bug blue (it was white), the same colour as the VW his father had when Christofi was a boy in Cyprus. His New Beetle, a turbodiesel model, is white. Chriscofi admits he loves the bells and whistles and comfort of the '90s remake.
