      Vernon Dollard, president and general manager of Toronto Better Business Bureau, says the bureau will dig up the facts on business promotions, but that anyone who asks it for advice or information will have to do some thinking for himself. Some people, he says, look for favorable answers and will ignore warnings nine times out of ten. Bureau staff is told to stick to facts and not make judgments.
