      Llen prunes a plant in the nursery of and Cullen Pool and Garden Centres. He his customers a bonus in the forum of a newsletter he mails out to 24,000 homes nine times, a year. The newsletter is so well read that Cullen gets fan letters, thank-you notes and greeting cards. Ministers ask permissin to quote from the publication to illustrate a talk or sermon. Cullen's letters are chatty and keep him in touch with his clientele. [Incomplete]
