      Real traffic stoppers in Scarborough yesterday were Marjorie and Harry Gordaneer in their Santa Claus costumes. Mrs. Gordancer, who has been a crossing guard for 20 years and is president of the Metro school crossing guards' organization, has been handing out candy canes to youngsters at her crossing on Clonmore Dr. Husband Harry, who's an area supervisor with the borough's board of education, has been playing Santa at a number of schools this week.
