Original Toronto Star caption: Victory smile: A beaming Dr. Henry Morgentaler is surrounded by equally pleased supporters outside his Harbord St. clinic yesterday after a Supreme court decision ended his 20-year battle with Canada's abortion law. The high court, in a 5-2 decision, ruled the existing legislation violates the Charter of Rights and Freedoms' guarantee of security of the person.
