Although she almost crashed into competitors in souped-up tubs, Mrs. Marks streaked past the finish line in third place. Alderman Robert White of Orillia won the race, an appropriate victory: It was Orillia Day at the Ex. But Orillia Mayor David Brown lost the mayors' race.
