Original Toronto Star caption: Mr. Tunney, presenting us with the above, showing John Katan consulting a feathered oracle (stuffed) offered no excuses. When we said it reminded us of Edward Lear's saga of the owl and the pussy cat putting to sea, the adroit mat mahout said that was fine. Here was Katan putting to see how he'd come out against Watson tomorrow night. He knew nothing, he added, about them using a pea green boat, but it was an idea.
