Original Toronto Star caption: Abdominal exercise: Sit-ups are a strain on your back, so try this exercise instead. To strengthen abdominal muscles, breathe out, pull your arms forward and touch the back of your waist to the floor before rolling the rest of your spine down. Breathing correctly in this exercise is very important. You must let your breath out continuously.
