Ford Motor Co. of Canada president Ken Harrigan showed off its prototype Barchetta?that's a ''little boat'' in Italian?at a gala reception yesterday at the Harbour Castle Convention Centre. The company has no plans to make a classic two-seater roadster like it at the moment. It was jointly designed by Ford of Europe and Ghia Operations, and fabricated in Turin, Italy. It sports flush headlamps, turn signals and tailights, and a front-wheel-drive powertrain.
