  • Honoring an art patron: Examining paintings by the late C. Roy Greenaway, Mayor David Crombie chats with Greenaway's widow at a reception in her honor yesterday at the Grange. Mrs. Greenaway gave 41 of her husband's works to the City of Toronto. Greenaway, a legislative reporter for The Star and a founding member of the Ontario Institute of Painters, died in 1972 at the age of 81. Queen's Park has many of his paintings.
