Original Toronto Star caption: Bullet hole in Windshield of getaway car is examined by Constable Clement Quesnelle is Alderwood Plaza on Brown's Line. Two shots were fired by police as an unarmed man sat with a hostage inside car after holds-up in another shopping mall yesterday. We had to shoot; he had his hand in his pocket indicating he carried a gun; Metro Police Inspector David Pringle said today. Suspect was arrested.
