Original Toronto Star caption: Etobicoke Mayor Dennis Flynn tells repoters today that he has decided not to appeal judge's ruling he is not legally mayor. He said he would wait for an election to try to regain office. He arrived at City Hall for a committee meeting; but did not attend on learning of ruling because I don't want to jeopardize decisions.
