Original Toronto Star caption: Just for good luck. Buffalo Sabres' Brian Spencer lifts the puck into the Montreal net over prone Canadiens' goalie Ken Dryden, but it was just to make sure. Seconds before a shot by Sabres' Jim Lorentz flashed in and out of the net for a goal and the red light went on. Habs' Peter Mahovlich (20), Steve Shutt (22) and Don Awrey couldn't help Dryden on either shot by the Sabres, who lead the series, 2-0.
