Original Toronto Star caption: Happy 90th birdthday, A.J.! To mark the 90th birthday of the last surviving member of the Group of Seven, children from various Toronto public schools painted their own good wishes and presented the cards to A.J. Casson yesterday. It was also a way of thanking the painter for giving the Metro Toronto Board of Eduation the right to reproduce 1,000 copies of his March Day to aid an opportunity fund.
