Clare Copeland, president, is shown in Toronto headquarters, ringed by employees (left to right) Lois Young, Laura Smith, Debi Perkins, Gayle Farnes, Janice Chivers-Wilson and Helen Wood. In an ironic switch, Laura Smith came in to look for a temporary job and wound up with permanent job-working full-time for Office Overload.
