      Tortured. By Peter Rickwood Toronto Star. A 33-year-old Canadian Sikh say he got on help from the Canadian High Commission when police in India detained and tortured him as he was about to fly home. Dalbar Sidhu, a Kitchener auto worker, told a Toronto news conference yesterday he was held at New Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport for two days. He claims he was denied foor and seep, was threatened with revolver and had his fingernails pulled and hair tugged out of his beard and scalp. His wife Satwant, who was travelling with him, contacted the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi after his arrest said. [Incomplete]
