Original Toronto Star caption: Grim: This is one of several companies located on the Niagara River; many of which have been critizised for leaking some of the deadliest chemicals known to man into Lake Ontario via the river. An American reader says the situation has become grim and it's time the politicians in Ottawa and Washington started taking action to defuse the ticking chemical time bomb.
