The Toronto Transit Commission proposes to spent $33;000 to renovate and run two of the cars-called Peter Will cars; for the man who designed them; but better known as the big red cars - on a 20-minute sightseeing loop downtown this summer. About 200 civic officials got a preview of the tour yesterday; but theirs lasted 2 1/2 hours and went as far as St. Clair.
