Original Toronto Star caption: 15-Foot-Long expressway mode; made of masonite and plaster of paris overlaid with a large aerial photo montage; is viewed by spectators at Metro Transportation Committee meeting today. Metro Road Commissioner Sam Cass used it to explain points in the repor ton the Spadina Expressway he presented to committee. He urged major design changes and an early resumption of construction.
