T. Kelly Esq. K.C./The members of the Library Board during/this period were Sir/Glenholme Falconbridge/Messrs H. T. Kelly K.C./W. T. J. Lee, Thomas W. Banton/A. E. Huestis, John Turnbull, A. B. Gash, K. C. Thomas, W. Self/and the Mayor of Toronto.” Note: original text was in block capitals.
