Original Toronto Star caption: Important corner changes hands. Above is a photograph of the northwest corner of Bay and College streets; including the old Ryerson home; which has just been sold by the Ryerson estate to Mr. J. Adam Gilson of Gilson Brothers; for $150;000. The property which fronts on Bay; College and Grenville streets; has been under option for some time and is the rumored site for an important Physicians and Surgeons building.
