Debbie Griffin is at the Hammond organ and sister Wendy tries out the furniture which is supplied by Sears. Organ; furniture and three TV sets plus all the necessary equipment to start living are included with the house as the lottery prize. house is heated and air-conditioned by a heat pump. Floor area is 2;400 square feet all on one level. There are three bedrooms.
