Original Toronto Star caption: Famous names were in the spotlight at the official opening of Toronto's $31 million city hall yesterday. But a couple found they weren't famour enough. Mayor Philip Givens sits at the desk after ceremony as he faces Mrs. Vanier; Governor-General George Vanier; Prime Minister Pearson and Premier Robarts. Mr. Robarts and Carl Goldenberg were barred from mayor's office till guide recognized them.
