Original Toronto Star caption: New space for queen's park. Previously postponed to ease inflationary pressure; construction of a $24 million provincial government office complex was resumed recently. Provincial Treasurer Charles McNaughton says the government changed its mind; that it's more economic to build now than pay ofr rented space. The Hearst Block (right) at Bay and Wellesley will be 10 storeys. Further south (left); Mowat Block will rise 24 storeys.
