Original Toronto Star caption: Tapestries at New Royal Bank headquarters; Imposing new Ontario headquarters of the Royal Bank of Canada on King St. was opened today by Premier Robarts. Above; guests Syd Smyth; left; and Archie Lumsden admire one of two huge tapestries; designed by Canadian artist Franklin Arbuckle and made in Aubusson; France. They signify spring and fall. The 11-storey white marble building is separated from King St. by an open plaza. Government and bank officials attended the opening ceremonies.
