Original Toronto Star caption: Storm sewers threatened. A Toronto Harbor Commissioners dredge has been working all summer to help repair storm-sewer outlets along Scarborough Bluffs that were eroded by high lake levels last spring. Concrete structures were in danger of toppling into lake because so much of supporting soil had been washed away, borough officials said.
