Original Toronto Star caption: Old town hall at Port Perry may be saved. Port Perry - Citizens of this town are compaigning had to save their historic town hall from the wrecker's hammer. A committee was formed to save the 101-year-old hall after it was threatened with demolition; and 500 hanwritten letters were recently sent out to canvass funds. [Incomplete]
