Original Toronto Star caption: Eskimo whale-bone sculpture is shown by Eric Mitchell; owner of the Kaiser Gallery in Kleinburg; which specializes in art by Canada's Arctic natives. Mitchell spent 30 years in the Arctic and in jobs connected with the Arctic before opening his art gallery. He was instrumental in setting up marketing for Eskimo art when it was first becoming known outside the North in the 1950s.
