Original Toronto Star caption: Borje Salming is a star defenceman with the Toronto Maple Leafs; but just now he's playing for his native Sweden in the Canada Cup hockey series. Last night; Salming led Team Sweden to a 5-2 victory over the U.S. and was honored as his team's outstanding player. Maple Leaf vice-president King Clancy presented the award; an Eskimo sculpture; to Salming. Similar awards are made in every game.
