Original Toronto Star caption: For valor - award, and a kiss, OPP Constable Barry Connelly gets a kiss from his wife today after he became the third man in OPP history to receive the Commissioner's Certificate of Valor. Four months ago, he leaped through a window in a Minden house to arrest a man accused of shooting and killing two policemen. Award is OPP's highest.
