Original Toronto Star caption: The best present, For tiny Jennifer De Bruin, 3, the best present is being sent home from the Hospital for Sick Children to Birch River, Man., for Christmas with her mother Florence (left). Jennifer, born with a congenital heart defect, has been cured by a successful heart bypass operation. Now all she wants is to be where Santa can find me to bring her a great big doll.
